Our human resources structure comprises of five main strategic teams. Each team is organized as a strategic business unit (SBU), required to deliver life changing services and world class performance that is obtainable only in the modern telecommunication industry.
Projects & Out-country Operations Team is composed of business development, direct marketing and client services unit. They responsible for the following processes;
Developing new ideas and new areas of business operation for the company, Marketing the company’s products and services, Relating to customers on every level of needs that might arise from the use of Kel Madeths Nig. Ltd. Products and services, Helping the customer understand our products and services values, Educating customers on the use of our products and services and ensuring the delivery of high quality products and services in line with customers specifications and requirements.
Logistics and Procurement Team proffer advice on the application of company’s services, Relating with clients in areas of needs and on our capacity to serve. To maintain an enviable position in the industry, our engineers undergo constant trainings and technical development programs.
The Human Resources/ Admin Team are responsible for the general day-to-day administration of the company and for the smooth delivery of services to our clients. The Human Resources team of Kel Madeths Nig. Ltd. Has a mission to develop and administer programs designed to increase the company’s effectiveness as an employer of labour – in her hiring processes, benefits, attractive human resources policies and others – forms the whole spectrum of creating and managing good Employer/Employee relationship. The team represents a broader involvement strategic role in the organization.
The Finance / Accounts Team is responsible administering of the financial duties of Kel Madeths Nig. Ltd. However, the department performs the following functions:
Prepares, controls and publishes the annual Operating and Capital Budgets; Prepares pay roll, as well as financial requirement of other departments; maintains and controls all trust and reserve funds of the company. Record and maintain financial information of the company in a comprehensive manner for the use of the company, staff and external auditors; perform internal auditing functions and other related accounting services.
The Program Management Team is responsible for the preparation, control and development of implementation programs and schedules of the company. |
